Who is behind Costa Connect
I spent the past year living in Málaga with my family — long enough to understand both sides of the corridor from the inside. I know what it feels like to run a business with roots in the Netherlands while your daily life is on the Costa del Sol. That experience is the foundation of what Costa Connect does.
My professional background spans over two decades at the intersection of finance, business and entrepreneurship. I built my career as a senior investment banker at ABN AMRO and RBS, advising C-suite leaders across 30+ countries and closing landmark transactions across Europe. I later founded Payday, a corporate fintech venture inside ABN AMRO that grew to €2M annual run rate, and built the Dutch franchise of Co:cubed, a global open innovation consultancy.
I am a connector by nature — someone who knows how Dutch corporate decision-makers think, who moves comfortably between boardrooms and startup ecosystems, and who gets things done across complex multi-stakeholder environments. That is exactly what Costa Connect clients need in the Netherlands.

Mijn professionele achtergrond strekt zich meer dan twee decennia uit over de snijvlakken van finance, business en ondernemerschap. Ik bouwde mijn carrière als senior investment banker bij ABN AMRO en RBS, als adviseur van C-suite leiders in 30+ landen en als architect van landmark transacties door heel Europa.
